Download Agreement

To open an account, please download and read carefully the Client Account Agreement. If you agree with the terms, please complete and sign the documents and submit to us enclosing all the necessary information.

Application Submission

Apply In Person

Call us to make an appointment with a customer service representative.

Bring along these documents:

  1. For Individual / Sole Proprietor / Partnership / Joint Account Holder

    1. Completed and signed Client Account Agreement.
    2. Government issued ID card or passport.
    3. Bank statement or passbook proving bank account ownership.
    4. Proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 month.
  2. For Limited Company

    1. Certified copy of the Business Registration Certificate;
    2. Certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation;
    3. Certified copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association or other constitutional documents;
    4. Certified copy of the board resolution in the form as attached approving the opening of the Account
When your account is approved, we will send you your Account ID and an Account password. You are advised to change your Account Password on first log-in.

Please send us certified copies of the documents required as described under "Apply In Person".
